We collect the following to process reservations: name, email, phone (optional), nationality (optional), address, passport/ARC number, and an ID document image.

예약 처리를 위해 이름·이메일·전화(선택)·국적(선택)·주소·여권/외국인등록번호·신분증 사본을 수집합니다.

2. Purpose / 이용 목적

Data is used solely for reservation, lease contract, identity verification, and customer support. We do not sell personal data.

수집 정보는 예약·임대차계약·본인확인·고객지원 목적으로만 사용하며, 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

3. Payment / 결제 정보

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

카드 결제는 Stripe를 통해 안전하게 처리되며, 당사 서버에 카드번호를 저장하지 않습니다.

4. Retention & Rights / 보관 및 권리

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the contract and legal obligations, then deleted. You may request access or deletion at [email protected].

개인정보는 계약·법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간만 보관 후 파기합니다. 열람·삭제 요청은 [email protected] 으로 가능합니다.
