As a short-term residential rental, rent for the remaining period is non-refundable after check-in.
단기 주거 임대 특성상 입실 후 잔여 기간에 대한 임대료는 환불되지 않습니다.
The $50 deposit is refunded in full at check-out if there is no damage to the room or furniture and the room is left in clean condition. Repair or special cleaning costs are deducted otherwise.
보증금($50)은 객실·가구 파손이 없고 청결 상태로 퇴실 시 전액 환불됩니다. 파손·심각한 오염 시 원상복구·특수청소 비용이 차감됩니다.
